Note: By toggling 'Enable eBilling' on the user authorizes the municipality to provide any invoices via eService Paperless Billing. If 'Enable eBilling' is toggled on,
the user should be aware that they will not receive a paper invoice for Taxes or Utilities as long as the toggle is on.
